  7. When ordering bread, please keep in mind that you can order 2 of the same breads. You can add different additions to each but they have to be the same kind of bread. For example, you can order two loaves of Rye or Pumpernickel but not one loaf of Rye and one loaf of Pumpernickel.

Can I freeze bread?

Yes, you can slice and freeze individual pieces and put in a freezer bag.

How far in advance do I need to order?

At least a week in advance.

Are the products gluten free?

Many of the products are gluten free or can be made gluten free but my equipment is used for both gluten and gluten free food.

Are the products vegan?

Many of the products are vegan or can be made vegan.

Can I make a request for a product I’d like to see added?

Can you send products through the mail?

Sorry, not at this time. I'm exclusively baking, jammin and cooking

for people who live in or near Los Angeles.

Do you sell sourdough starter?

Yes, $10. a jar

Do you deliver?

Yes, but only in and around LA. Delivery fee depends on distance and time. A rendezvous can be arranged for a lower fee.
